Ordering Information
There is no minimum order. You may order by phone, shopping cart, or the mail. To order by phone, call 800-553-9453 between 9 am - 3 pm, Tuesday through Friday, pacific time or Mondays 10 am to 6.00 pm at Conscious Home 707-840-0776. To order by shopping cart, select the drop-down menu at the bottom of this page. To order by mail you may request a free catalog and an order form is provided. You may also create an order on the shopping cart and print the order before entering charge card information and send it in the mail to: Wild Weeds, P.O. Box 1016, Blue Lake, CA 95525.
Checks: Orders paid for by check may be delayed 7-10 days until it clears the bank. Money orders are accepted and orders will be processed upon receipt.
Credit Card Purchases: We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA. The billing address entered on our shopping cart must be the same address as your credit card statement.

Back Orders: We carry a large inventory, however, on occasion it is necessary to back order items. Most backordered items can be shipped within a week of receiving your order. We will notify you by phone or email if an item is not in stock or by mail if your phone number is not available.
Shipping and Handling: Our mail order shipping charges are based on an "average cost of shipping per total price" of an order. This cost not only reflects actual shipping charges but the cost for supplies used in shipping. Our shopping cart bases cost of shipping on an "average cost per total weight" of an order. Sometimes the cart will over calculate on large orders or heavy items and we will adjust the shipping to reflect the actual cost. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ship priority mail (2-5 days). Overnight is not available in this area with USPS and is available as SECOND DAY. We ship in-stock orders within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 noon will usually ship the following shipping day. We do not ship on Mondays. We are closed on all holidays.
We will not use cheap packaging to "cheapen" the cost of shipping because many parcels that are not properly packaged are torn or destroyed in the postal machines. Parcel Post is not recommended for shipping. Parcel Post can take as long as one month to ship to customers and can significantly reduce the quality of herbs and body products, thus we do not guarantee our products shipped via Parcel Post.
United Parcel Service: (UPS) deliveries available upon request for a $5.00 fee in addition to regular UPS shipping charges. We can also ship UPS overnight or 2nd day upon request. Please ask for a shipping estimate. UPS costs are typically higher than USPS.
Discounts: Students of herb schools and their teachers can receive a 10% discount off the subtotal of the first order. Let us know the school you are attending. Teachers, let us know if you'd like catalogs for your students. Discounts to not apply to sale items or international orders.
Guarantee: If you are not totally satisfied with any of our products, please return within 30 days along with your receipt for a prompt refund or credit. We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. Products shipped via parcel post are not guaranteed.
California Residents: a 7.25% sales tax is added to your order.
Mailing List Policy: We have not and will not sell or give out our mailing list. Any information we have about you will remain only in our files.
Pricing: Due to fluctuations in our cost, prices subject to change without notice.
Restocking Fee: Returned items subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Catalog: Our catalog is updated at least twice a year. To cut mailing costs and paper waste, we only send catalogs upon request. Please contact us for an updated catalog each season. Current prices are reflected on our web site.
